  Tonight went to urgent care at 5:25 says on door they close at 6:00 and the door was locked. Staff said that they take last patient at 5:30 and only one women was in waiting room so that would not let anyone in. They would not even take a 90 year old woman with a resperator and walker in very bad shape. Four other patron begged for them just to see her and the receptionist said Doctor said can't see her. Everyone went away thinking how awful this place is!! Including myself and this is not the first time the receptionist staff has been rude and unprofessional!!! I do not think Dr. Natalie was in because she is the best thing this place has going for it. They need new front office staff because I have seen there staff yell at customers including myself like they are in a gang with the most unprofessional attitude I have ever witnessed in a place of business. They also take patients first based on Hispanic race. Btw we were all Caucasian including the old woman that were turned away tonight??????
